Property Maintenance Coventry ("we", "us") provides property maintenance services across Coventry & the West Midlands. We are the data controller for any personal information you share with us. What information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you. When you submit our contact or quote form, that is your name, phone number, email address, the service / area you select, and any message you write. Our server also logs the date and your IP address with each submission as a basic anti-spam measure.

How we use it & our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey and provide a quote — our lawful basis is taking steps to enter into a contract at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
• To keep a record of work discussed or carried out.
• We never sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are sent to our own mailbox via our hosting provider, Hostinger, who host this website and our email. We do not share your details with anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to erase your data at any time (see your rights below).

Cookies

This is a static website and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use:

• Essential storage — a small entry saved in your own browser to remember that you accepted this cookie notice, so it doesn't show on every page.
• Google Fonts — loaded from Google to display our typefaces. Google may receive your IP address as part of serving these fonts.
